• 1 tbsp oil
• 1 medium onion, diced
• 3 chicken breasts, cubed
• 1 Jar Rani's Chili Chicken Simmer Sauce

 

Chili Chicken - Serves 4

Method of Preparation:

1. In a large pan, heat the oil and fry the onion.

2. Add the chicken and sear, about 3 mins.

3. Add Rani Chili Chicken Simmer Sauce and simmer for 20 mins, stirring occasionally.

4. Serve with rice or naan
