Hot Curry Recipe - Serves 3

Method of Preparation:

1. Sauce onion in oil.

2. Add shrimp, saute until pink.

3. Stir in Rani Hot Curry Paste, cook for 1 minute.

4. Add tomatoes and water

5. Simmer uncovered until the shrimp is cooked, about 5 minutes. Serve over hot, cooked Rani Basmati Rice for the best flavor.

Ingredients Needed:

1 Medium onion diced
2 tbsp cooking oil
8oz fresh shrimp (peeled & deveined)
3/4 Cup Water
4 tbsp Rani Hot Curry Paste
1/2 cup diced cannded tomatoes
Hot, cooked rice
